IFA 2011: un bilancio

IFA – InteatroFestival Academy è il programma di perfezionamento artistico e ricerca a carattere residenziale promosso e fondato nel 2006 da Inteatro, Ente di Promozione della Danza, per permettere occasioni di incontro e confronto tra giovani performer e artisti affermati sulla scena internazionale.

Giunto alla sua VI edizione, IFA si è rinnovata e ha proposto una nuova formula: diversi workshop condotti da artisti che hanno sviluppato, ognuno con i propri metodi di lavoro e linguaggi scenici, tematiche differenti e che hanno affiancato i partecipanti nell’ideazione e nello sviluppo di propri progetti personali.

Alcuni progetti sono stati selezionati per venire prodotti e presentati nell’ambito di Che storia è questa? la maratona creativa ideata da Inteatro dopo la sospensione del XXXIV Festival. Un’occasione per far nascere il proprio progetto a livello performativo e mostrarlo al pubblico e agli operatori presenti.

Gli workshop sono stati condotti da Geraldine Pilgrim (GB), Cláudia Dias (PT), Circo Vertigo (IT), Pantakin Circo Teatro (IT), Leo Bassi (ES).

Ogni workshop ha ospitato giovani danzatori/performer di differenti nazionalità, selezionati tramite un bando europeo.

IFA – InteatroFestival Academy is the programme of research and professional training, promoted and founded in 2006 by Inteatro, that gives the opportunity to young performers, coming from all over the world, to work with estabilished artists of the international theatre and dance scene.

With this sixth edition, IFA has been renovated and has proposed a new formula: several workshops led by artists who have helped, with their own working methods and scenic languages​​, the participants in the making of and to develop their personal ambitions.

Some projects have been selected to be produced and presented in Che storia è questa? a creative marathon created by Inteatro after the suspension of the Festival XXXIV. An opportunity to give birth to their project and perform it in front of the public and operators.

The workshops were led by Geraldine Pilgrim (GB), Cláudia Dias (PT), Circo Vertigo (IT), Pantakin Circo Teatro (IT), Leo Bassi (ES).

Each workshop has hosted young dancers/performers of different nationalities, selected through an European call.
